Open plan kitchen/living room/diner with balcony. Kitchen has white goods with gas hob/oven and utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower over bath.

Gas/electric/water bills are variable, council tax band A, fibre optic internet. Students and professionals considered, single occupancy council tax discount will be available for professionals from September.

I'm one of the current tenants, and am looking for someone to take the other room in the flat. I'm a consultant mostly working in the centre of Bristol, starting my PhD in September. I spend several evenings a week out at dance classes and evenings in with TV and a glass of wine. Looking for someone who'd enjoy a chilled out environment.
