Student Room , 370 pcm, bs16 5se

I am looking for another student to take up the spare room. UWE is just 10 minutes with the bicycle and 10 with the bus. i own 3 bicycles so you can use one of mine for free. the city centre is 30 minutes with the bus. In general this is a study house, quit and relaxed, iam obviously looking for another student so that we can avoid the council tax. There are a lot of supermarkets around. Gas, internet and electricity is not included in the rent but they come up to arround 50 pounds per month according to our consumption. The room and house are fully furnished and it
will be free from 6th of july and the contract is for 1 year. One can use the living room as his/her study, i would have no problem with that.
