Double en-suite Furnished room to rent

I have a quiet, fully furnished recently done up en-suite double room to rent in my beautiful Georgian town house from the beginning of November. It is situated on the harbourside, within 8 minutes walk of Temple Meads and only 5 minutes to Queen Square. Living here is myself (the landlady) and my housemate Lizzie. We are both sociable, enjoy going out for food together every now and then, a Netflix/Disney/Prime binge, drinks, travelling, going to the gym and we both enjoy cooking and relaxing. We are looking for a further lodger who is clean, tidy, reliable, sociable and is someone who will add to our homely environment. We both work Monday to Friday with early starts so it’s not a party house. The house is a smoke free house.

The house itself has a lot of space with a large kitchen, several communal rooms, a garden and views of the harbour and docks.

The rent is £800 per calendar month and this includes Wi-fi, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax and cleaning of communal areas. The house has street parking with a residents permit that is not included in the price of the rent. Information about this can be found on the Bristol City Council website.

Deposit is 1 month's rent and references are required. The room is not suitable for couples and only single occupancy will be considered. The tenancy will be for 6 months moving on to a rolling contract after that.
