Beautiful large sunny double bedroom in Fishponds

Hello, I'm looking for a female lodger for a spacious bright double room in my large maisonette flat in Fishponds.

The flat is big and spread over three floors with lots of space and a sunny garden out the back with a large decking area to sit in.

The room is very big and bright with four double glazed large windows at the front of the house, it is freshly decorated and comes furnished with a new bed and mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rail and shelves. The flat has been extensively redecorated over the last year by myself with a brand new bathroom and washing machine.

I've made a peaceful and relaxing place to live and work in and I'm looking for a lovely person to share it with. Ideally, I'm looking for someone friendly, mature, professional, clean and tidy who is independent and enjoys their own space. You would be sharing the flat with me, a 34 year old artist who spends time working in the house as well as away from home. It would be great to share with someone who enjoys living in a relaxed, quiet way and who cares about their environment and treats it with respect. Sharing the odd glass of wine and cooking/socialising together would be a nice plus, I enjoy having people over for dinner and BBQ's but it's not a party house so no night owls please! .

I love animals but the flat isn't ideally suited for them, although I would consider a fully house trained indoor cat, (there is a walled garden the but we are near a very busy road.)

The location is great with a really good bus connection into town and loads of shops/supermarkets five minutes away, also there's a great pub across the road!
