Huge room with amazing views across Bristol

I live in a two bedroom flat and am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in the next two weeks. It's on the top storey of a lovely Georgian townhouse in the heart of Clifton Village. It's surrounded by some great shops, restaurants and bars, and it's a 5 minute walk to the suspension bridge (which you can see from the living room). You look straight out on a park in the middle of the Mall.

The room it self is absolutely enormous and would suit a couple well or someone who has a lot of stuff! There is a built in wardrobe and shoe cupboard. There is a huge feature fire place, with a lovely mantlepiece and a book shelve on one side of the room. It's very light and has a private balcony (only accessible from the room). It's not on the street side so it's really quiet too.

The living room is my favourite room in the flat, as the views are incredible and it gets sunlight throughout most of the day. It's a lovely communal space where the dining table stays, which doubles up for a good working space in the day. There are chairs and sofas, a piano, a record player and a projector for watching films, and tv shows etc.

I'm looking for someone or a couple, who are sociable, but respectful of each others personal space. I work for a film and television production company. I like cooking, watching films and listening to music and finding a flatmate with shared interests would be ideal.
