I have recently purchased a new flat in Bristol, because I got a job in at Rolls Royce designing Jet Engines.

It is a modern penthouse apartment, with city views looking over the Bristol Skyline. Where we like to have BBQs, drink and watch the sunset. There are three total bedrooms each with their own en-suites. The whole property was recently renovated

It is fully furnished with, brand new mattresses, brand new smart TVs in each room, American fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and plenty of storage for clothes.

We have the top floor of the building with penthouse garden. The building is very secure with electronic fob entry, underground car park, bike storage room, pair of lifts. With a Pure Gym underneath our building so you will have no excuse!

It is a walk to Bristol Temple Mead (10 min), Lawrence Hill Station (5 min), Lidl (5 min) and Cabot Circus (15 min). For professionals who work in Filton, Rolls Royce, Mod, Airbus, there are direct trains twice an hour from Lawrence Hill. The M32 is a 2 min drive away.
