My current lodger has just moved out and i am looking to re-let.

I purchased the flat last year and have recently finished renovating the whole place. The bathroom and kitchen are new and I try my best to keep them looking that way!

The flat is made up of two double bedrooms a shared bathroom and communal kitchen/diner. It is well located for easy access onto the M32, the amenities of the city centre and the restaurants and bars of stokes Crofts and Gloucester Road are all in close proximity. Park street, the BRI and Clifton are all within walking distance.
