Reasonable sized double bedroom within 2 bedroom flate in BS13.

Reasonable transport links, easy for the bus, cycling or driving. On street parking is available if you need it. There is also a secure dedicated space downstairs for bike storage.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room with me, as a live in landlord. I'm easy going and can get on with nearly anyone.

All bills except council tax included.

I will consider pets. No smokers please.

You need to be working and able to prove you can afford the rent. I will also require a reference from either your employer or existing landlord.

I would consider DSS if you can show you can afford the rent without having to rely on it.

A credit check will not be needed.
