I own the house and leave there by myself though my son in university comes to visit now and then.
It’s a clean and welcoming house, with a kitchen, dining area and the lounge. Tv and WiFi available but to be used appropriately.
Garden access too at the back and front.
House needs to be always kept clean and tidy. Am looking for someone clean and tidy. At least someone who works not a smoker. And no pets.
