Huge Redland/Clifton room in two bed flat

Large, 2 bed flat located just off the top of Whiteladies Road on Burlington Road. It's over 1200 sq ft, with a 500 sq ft bright, airy open plan kitchen/diner on the upper level. Big windows, period features and a lovely wooden floor. Fully furnished.

The bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom. There is private outdoor space at the front and back of the property.

The flat has been recently fully refurbished and has all mod cons (washing machine, gas hobs, fan oven dishwasher, fridge freezer and TV).. It's possible to get a parking permit for a car and there is also a secure place to lock your bike at the front (or in garage at back).

The flat is in a perfect location. It's on a one-way street with little traffic so it's pretty quiet but it's only 30 seconds walk to Whiteladies Road, with all its bars, shops and restaurants. Within one minute are multiple food shops (Wild Oats - health food, Green Grocers, Scoop (cheap zero plastic chain) plus Sainsbury's and Tesco. It's only a super short walk to the downs and the Triangle and Clifton Down Station.

You will be sharing with the lovely Katie who is in her 20's and is doing post grad study in environmental management. I live in the flat above so it's really easy to get hold of me! In case you are interested - I am in my 30's called Will and work as a TV director and live with my partner Emma (who works in publishing). There are no added fees or any of that nonsense. I'll take a small deposit which can be protected if you would like.

Bills (water/gas/elec/council tax/super fast broadband//tv licence) are £150 pcm.

The pictures don't really do the flat justice – it's really lovely, come and see it in person! A note on the photo's these are from last time I marketed the property the lounge now has a nicer Blue velvet sofa and a piano. If I get a chance I'll upload a new photo.

The room is available from the 15th of August. I am really looking for the right person for the house though. I could wait till the start of September.
