Double room close to Bristol University

Hi everyone, we’re looking for someone to fill a room after our housemate leaves us at Christmas. Room available from early Jan, Rate would be £500 plus bills.
We are a 3-bed flat on Tyndalls Park Road, close to the university, Co-op and local pubs. We have a large living/dining area, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and shared bathroom. We also have a large conservatory, perfect for secure bike storage.
The room itself is a double. It is technically unfurnished, but there is the option to buy the furniture that our housemate leaves behind at a reduced rate (bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers, shelves).
We are a maths teacher who enjoys baking and singing and an Aerospace Engineering PhD student who enjoys running, cycling and football during the week and pub trips at the weekend. Together we enjoy board games, pub quizzes, film nights, Sunday dinners, etc!
