1 Room in Shared Student Flat

Perfectly located in Bristol's city centre, the university is only a 15-20 minute walk away from the flat. It is within reasonable walking distance of Temple Meads Station (15 minutes) and Broadmead/Cabot Circus (10 minutes).
The room is a good size, with large windows so there is lots of natural light. It has recently been painted. The room is fully furnished, with a 4 foot bed, chest of drawers, desk, desk chair and wardrobe. There is a lot of storage space and shelves for books etc.
There are 2 shared bathrooms, a kitchen/living area. There is a washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. Also there is a table and chairs for eating and 2 sofas. The kitchen/living area has a Juliet balcony, so lots of fresh air can come into the flat.
The flat has an electric top up meter, so it is easy to keep track of how much is being spent on electricity. Wi-Fi is included in rent.
The people already living in the flat are sociable, but they do not make much noise.
