Room to rent

Hiya,

We're looking for a housemate to spare room in 2 bed terraced house. There's shared living room, fully equiped kitchen, big garden with gates leading to Blaise Castle park. Room is spacious, has huge wardrobe, double bed and view to the park. All bills included.
We expect someone with mature attitude, could be working professional or a student, who respects he's housemates and want the same from others.
Most likely it would suit a person who is working close or has he's own car or alternativelly there's buses no 3 and 4, going every 15min to city centre or the mall. There's no nationality preferance, everyone is welcome :)
