Large double room in a friendly house, Ashley Down

Hey all :) There's a space coming up in our house share and we're looking for someone to come join! We're friendly and sociable, so hang out a lot together and have become friends, as well as housemates. We like to go out and do stuff together too, including going climbing, pub quizzing and going on nights out.

We also like to do our own things and have a range of interests:
Ralph, 28 - Engineer, enjoys going to gigs, climbing and tinkering
Raija, 25 - Community engagement officer, loves animals, enjoys going running and climbing
Nathan, 25 - Accountant, loves sports, socialising and the occasional night out
Bryony, 26 - Admin assistant at a law firm, loves climbing, art, stick & poke tattooing and gaming
George, 23 - PR officer, loves going to festivals, cider and RuPaul's drag race
We're also still close friends with the two housemates who've recently moved out so you'll also be seeing Liam and Jack whenever we meet up!

The house is a big 6 bed with a large living room, kitchen with new cooker, 3 bathrooms (1 toilet, 1 shower which we don't use, 1 bathroom with toilet & shower), utility room & back garden. Great location right between Gloucester Road (8 minute walk), the allotments & cycle path, right by Aldi & Lidl, as well as number 70 bus stops.

The available room is a large furnished double, £475pcm including ALL BILLS (unlimited 100Mb WiFi, gas, electricity, TV license, council tax, water). It faces the front of the house (South West facing), so gets good light, it's on the ground floor and comes fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a desk.
