A great house in the fantastic Redfield area with supermarkets, local cafes, bars and independent shops such as a micro bakery just a short walk away. The beautiful St Georges park is again just a stroll away with the added bonus of Netham park just at the end of the road.

The room available is the largest in the house, fully furnished with a good quality bed and mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. The kitchen / dinner area leads out on to the back garden for summer sun and BBQ’s.

The house is ideally placed for walking into town or alternatively there are numerous buses regularly going at the end of the road.

I am looking for a professional male to join two females and one other male. The current tenants are all working professionals, a real friendly bunch so I am looking for someone of the same type.

All bills are included in the rent plus a cleaner who will pop in every two weeks to do the communal areas. 1 months rent is required for the deposit with no other hidden charges.
