The kitchen is modern and has plenty of space for everyone to cook.
The living room is a good size with space for 5 people to sit, as well as a TV.
Rent is £495pcm including all bills. It's payable quarterly and the next payment is in January.
Deposit is £495.
The room is only available to students.
