I have a large en-suite double room with views of the floating harbour to rent in my beautiful large Georgian town house in the centre of Bristol from August.

The room is for single occupancy only and the house is a smoke free house.

The property is on a quiet street overlooking the docks/floating harbour. It is in a fantastic location within 8 minutes walk of Temple Meads train station, and only 1 minute to a bus route. It is a 6 minute walk to the Cargo containers at Wapping wharf where you can find independent bars, restaurants and shops and only a 5 minute walk to Queen Square.

Within the property is a shared living room, a shared “office” space, kitchen, garden and dining area. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The room has its own en-suite with a shower, basin and toilet. There is also a separate family bathroom with a bath.

The rent is £950per month inclusive of all bills including gas, electricity, water, council tax and a cleaner who comes fortnightly to clean the communal areas.

Outside the house there is residents parking that you can apply for and pay for separately as this is not included.

Tenancy will be for 6 months moving on to a rolling monthly contract after that.

Currently living in the property is myself (the landlady) and another lodger. We both work Monday to Friday mainly and a mixture of in the office and at home, so would be ideally looking for someone who primarily works out of the house. During the week the house is fairly quiet but at weekends we enjoy being sociable but not a party house. I am looking for a professional, tidy and respectful person who will help make the house feel like a home.

Deposit is 1 month's rent in advance. Rent is due 1st of the month. References must be supplied
