Lovely 3 bed house near St George's Park

Hi there,

We currently have a room available in our 3 bed, available from end of Jan/beginning of Feb.

We are two girls in our mid 20's, both "professionals", whatever that means! The house is a 3 bed, just off Church Road, really close to St George's Park and the Bristol to Bath cycle path.

So just to be completely transparent, this isn't a typical shared house situation. We are quite close-knit, we like to cook meal's together, watch films and are quite social, so we do invite people over once in a while. We also sometimes look after my mum's cockapoo, so ideally looking for someone who is confident with dogs.

The house is really homely and whilst we like having fun, we also like to keep it clean and tidy as poss. Also, we are ideally looking for someone who is currently working, but we are flexible.
