Small double room to rent in a ground floor, 2 bedroom garden flat. There is currently a double bed in the room, this can be changed for a single if preferred. There is also a wardrobe and small chest of drawers.

Shared bathroom and open plan kitchen lounge. Lovely garden surrounded by greenery. Quiet location at the end of a cul de sac.

Good bus link to the City center (bus stop is 2 minutes walk). Cycle track is also very close by.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

I am a friendly, quiet, respectful person, clean and tidy. I work full time and also work some evenings.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, friendly and looking for a quiet place to live.
