Large rooms - Central location

My Flatmate is moving onto pastures new at the end of March and I’ll be looking for someone to join the house.

The flat is situated in a great spot on Portland Square and was fully refurbished to a high standard about 12 months ago and is a great space to be in.

The room which is available is large and will come unfurnished or part furnished tbc. It also has an en suite with shower so you won’t have to share with anyone.

The kitchen is huge and unfortunately the photos provided are of a show home so lacking furniture however it does come with a kitchen table and chairs, extra fridge and all the pots/pans/plates/cutlery required.

The sitting room is also spacious and I have provided a wide screen TV and there are two large sofas and a pouffe.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are also included.

All flooring is laminate except for bedrooms so it makes it easy to clean.

I am a 22 year old professional working in Bristol and moved back to Bristol from Cornwall about 3 years ago. I cook most days and enjoy meeting up with mates and chilling out in the evenings with a bottle of wine and Netflix. I’m looking for sociable and friendly, likeminded people to move in who are going to be tidy and respectful of each other.

Orla my other flat mate is also 22 and works as a management consultant for a boutique firm near Bath. She prefers white wine over red (can’t win them all) and is both a veggie and a brunch aficionado.

The house is in a great location about 50 metres from Cabot Circus and a 3 minute walk from the bars of Gloucester Road. Temple meads train station is about 15/20 minutes walk and would suit a young professions working in central Bristol.

Points to note: rent is not inclusive of bills which are around 135 dependent on time of year. Also, as this is classed as central zone NO PRIABE OR PERMIT PARKING AVAILABLE. 11/12 month tenancy with possible extension.
