Double Bedroom House Share

I have a large double bedroom available. Furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side table and lamp (all furniture is in great condition).

The property is based in Stoke Gifford and is a town house. On the top floor where the bedroom is located there is the main bathroom which is shared with one other. On the ground floor there is a front room (with sky tv) which is also shared with one other, then the kitchen, garden and a toilet (which will be shared with me also). WiFi throughout the house.

Parkway train station is a 6 minute walk with both train and bus lines into the centre of Bristol available. The house is a short distance to the MOD, Southmead Hospital and Aztec West.

£650 + bills £25/50 (includes a cleaner that comes bi-weekly).

I’m laid back and looking for a like minded individual to share the house with, viewings more than welcome. The current house mate has been here for over a year and is moving in with his girlfriend.
