Room to rent with students - Must Be a Student

As I am withdrawing from University of Bristol, I am looking for someone to replace me for my private room at a shared house in Stokes Croft.

The house is shared by 6 girls and 3 other boys all whom are friendly students aged 18-25. There are 3 shared bathrooms, a huge shared kitchen (with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer included) and a garden. All rooms are furnished and include a TV mounted on the wall.

The monthly rent of £551.51 covers all bills (heating, water, electricity and broadband).

It is located in Stokes croft which is a 8 minute walk to cabot circus and approximately 20 minutes walk to the University of Bristol campus. There are also many shops and bars close by.

Note : the property is handled by the agency purple frog whom ask for a 350 pound deposit and the contract will last until the 26th August. If you are not a student then you will have to pay the council tax for the property which is around 850 pounds. This can be paid in installments throughout the year. Students are exempt from council tax.
