I have one large fully furnished double room available in my newly refurbished flat in St George.

Located opposite the St George's Park with the Co-op, Aldi and numerous pubs and restaurants all within a close walking distance. The flat is close to a bus stop and a 10min walk to Lawrence Hill train station.

Rent includes all bills: gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, tv licence. I am looking for someone to move in from beginning of April.

I am ideally looking for someone in in their mid-20s to mid-30s who is fun, trustworthy and interesting. Someone who has a good social life but also likes to catch up with dinner or a drink. Ideally would like someone who works 9-5 during the week.

A little about me, I’m 30 year old engineer working in the centre of town. I’m fairly chilled during the week and at weekends enjoy going out for dinner and drinks and playing sport. I’m into live music, sport and travel.
