Double Bed Room Available In City Center

Hi Bristol people!

I have a room getting free on the 27/02 in the 2 bedroom flat I'm living in and I'm looking for someone to replace my current flatmate.

The flat is located on Park Street and is close to more or less everything (it's hard to find something more central than that)

This flat is rented via an agency so I m looking for someone who s planning to sign for a 6 months contract minimum (scary I know) and that would have a full time job(permanent contract is safer). Sorry no students as I cannot afford the council tax on my own.

So the rent for your potential future room would be £375 per month without the bills

- your part of the council would be £73.5 ( band b)

- The place is full electric, it means that we'll have to top it up when the electricity counter is getting low on money.

- Your part of the agency fees is at £330 and your part of the deposit at 502.50

Now a bit more about me, I'm Robin, I'm a 30 year old French dude. I've been in Bristol for almost 4 years now. I'm clean and tidy and expect the same from the person who's going to get the room(calm down, I don't have OCD)
I like to cook(what a surprise I know !)I'm a big fan of cinema and series, music (of course !) and quite a lot of other stuff that would be too long to list here.

I m looking for someone that would have a good balance between the quiet moments and the parties. It means parties from time to time are not a problem but I really don't want the flat turned into a night club every week end.

I m not looking for someone to fill the empty room but someone to really share the place and exchange!
