Large Double Room currently furnished with brand new double bed and mattress, new chest of drawers and a clothes hanger. Furniture can be removed if you have your own. Bathroom is on the ground floor at the back of the house. There's a paved back garden. Good sized kitchen/diner and a living Room. Brand new washing machine.

I've just moved in so the house is quite sparsely furnished at the moment but I'm rapidly filling it to make a lovely home. The kitchen is well equipped but can make space if you have extra things. I love art and cooking, having friends round for dinner and am looking forward to making the back garden beautiful in the spring.

It's a great area with supermarket very close by. A few nice pubs and cafes near and of course St George's park.
