Double room available in well finished modern apartment. Room comes with its own bathroom located across the hall. This is not a typical setup but I use an en-suite located off of my room, so the main bathroom is free to use nearly solely by the lodger, however I may need to use the bath when my dog decides they want to roll in some mud...

The property has good networks into Bristol city centre and there is a 24/7 bus service that stops a minutes walk from the property. Please note: the location on the map function is showing up incorrectly, the flat is much closer to Cribbs Causeway.

This apartment has a good sized kitchen, cooking facilities, washing machine, dishwasher and you will have your own cupboard space & space in the fridge / freezer.

I am the owner of the property but you will be living with myself and my dog, so you'll have to impress both of us! I work from home with my 'office' being in the living room area, so this is where I spend most of my time when I'm home, working and not working.

The room is currently unfurnished so would be perfect for someone who has their own furniture, but for the right lodger I am willing to furnish it with a double bed / mattress, clothes rail / wardrobe and a few other pieces of furniture that we can discuss upon viewings etc. I have added pictures of the room as it has been previously with furniture in to give an idea of the space, and I have had the room setup in a few orientations so I can advise what works well.

I am in the process of selling the property to move into a house, so unfortunately I can only really consider short term rentals. I cannot guarantee a minimum rental period as the duration is very much dependent on when the property I am moving to is all sorted. The lodger agreement will be on a rolling week by week contract, I am currently "guesstimating" I'll be moving around March / April 2022, but this is very much up in the air depending on how long the house buying process, it might take longer but might also be sooner. I will endevour keep whoever moves in up to date and give as much notice as possible for when I would be moving myself to allow for enough time for the lodger to find alternative accomodation if required.

A little bit about me, I am an aerospace engineer full time and a part time photographer. I enjoy getting into the outdoors, walking and exploring with my camera and dog. I also enjoy gaming, spending time relaxing at home. I am a fairly tidy and fairly quiet person and would like a flat mate who is the same.
