Large Double With En-Suite & Balcony

I have a large double room Available to rent in my house in Congresbury near Yatton. You will have your own bathroom & balcony as well as use of the rest of the house. I have a street food & Events company and work away at festivals a lot so lots of time to yourself too. I have friends and and my manager stay every now and then but it’s nice and relaxed and your welcome to have friends round for bbqs, movie nights etc. I have a chow chow which is very friendly and likes a bit of love, he’s a bit stupid but super cute.

I Will consider renting a second room to a friend if their are two of you but no couples please.

Rooms from £450-550 depending on the one you want 3 available I’m only renting one room or two if it’s somebody your brining with you.

Looking for the usual somebody tidy and friendly who wants to be friends but does their own thing as well. Happy with short or mid-term tenancy just to see how things get on. Easy drive into Bristol, plenty of buses & train station 10 minutes down the road.
