Character period detached family home in its own grounds in Temple Cloud. Just 10 miles from centre of Bristol, Bath and Wells on the A37 on an excellent bus route into Bristol.
The room is spacious and offers country views from the upper floor of the house which is largely unoccupied and has a separate bathroom. There is also shared use of the family bathroom and kitchen/living areas and a wood fired sauna to unwind in.
The house has several wood-burning stoves in addition to central heating. There is an extensive garden to relax in at weekends, a summer/greenhouse and an established fruit and vegetable patch.
Temple Cloud has a garage/shop/post-office and take-away. There is a good regular bus service to Bristol and Wells.
Please note there is no parking at the property.

I am a sociable live in landlord with one daughter still at home and one lodger. I work full time from home, or sometimes away for short periods.
I am looking for a professional, and ideally someone who would treat the place as their home. Ideally i am looking for a minimum let of 3 months. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
