Double Room to Rent in Bishopston

Hi!

We have a double room to rent in our 3 bed house in Bishopston, very close to Gloucester Road.

There's a cosy lounge, large kitchen, 2 shower rooms and a patio area. The room is a good sized double. It comes with a double bed, but is otherwise unfurnished. Our departing housemate is willing to leave her furniture if you want it. Parking is available on the street which can be busy but it isn't normally a problem finding somewhere near the house.

The room is available from 13th March 2019 and rent is £400 per month. The deposit is also £400. Our departing housemate is leaving on the 28th February though so if you wanted the room a bit earlier this could be negotiated.

Bills are not included in the rent, and are around £105 to £110 per month, which includes all utilities, council tax and broadband.
We have a private landlord and so there are no agency fees. He will ask for two references though (employer and a previous landlord).

A bit about us...
I'm Jen and I work as an accountant. I've lived here since October.
You'd also be sharing with Teila, contracts analyst. She is also new to the house and only moved in a few weeks ago.

We're looking for a considerate, respectful, clean housemate of a similar age to us (late twenties / early thirties), who would like to socialise a bit within the house but respects privacy too.
