Single/Double Room available in refurbished house

**PLEASE NOTE that you would be living alone in the house for most of the time since I don´t live in the UK anymore. I will just be just using my room for my shorts visits to Bristol**

There are two rooms in the house and I will use whatever room remains available:

1 ensuite double bedroom – £700pcm
1 single bedroom -£600pcm

The house has just been fully refurbished including new carpet, all walls have been repainted and both kitchen and bathrooms are brand new. There is one assigned parking space available. I will be installing a large settee and a 50 inches flat TV in the living room.

You would be sharing with me, Spanish guy 34 years old professional, non smoker. I will be using the room just for my short visits to Bristol, perhaps one week every 1-2 months.

I´m looking for someone who can take care of the house while I´m abroad. Ideally a clean and tidy young professional around my age. The landlady said no couples, sorry.
