Airy and bright double bedroom with bathroom

Lovely newly renovated, spacious modern flat near Kingswood. The room has a double orthopaedic bed, three door wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.

The flat has two bathrooms, so you will have exclusive use of the bathroom as I have an en-suite. The room is airy and bright with all bills included.

There is plenty of parking here. Five minutes walk away are bus routes 6 and 7 which get you into the city centre in around 25 minutes. It is a nice quiet complex with lots of light.

I'm looking for someone considerate, easy-going and friendly who wants to share a home. It would be nice if we could share an occasional glass of wine together and watch a box-set, but equally happy to get on with our own thing.

Also happy to consider anyone who wants a Monday-Friday let.
