Double room with en suite in central location

Hey thanks for looking at my ad! I’m leaving this flat to move closer to work on the outskirts of Bristol. So I’m looking to find someone to move into the flat share for the next 3 months until the contract finishes at the end of June.

It’s a lovely double room with an en suite. It comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk and a bedside table.

There is a large shared living room and a shared kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine and microwave. There is a rooftop terrace which is lovely in the summer!

Bills include; Virgin media broadband, council tax, gas and electricity and comes to around £80/90. The warmer weather means this should go down without the heating being used.

It’s a lovely area with lots of independent shops within walking distance as well as a Waitrose which is a two minute walk away. There are good bus links within a two minute walk that go to Cabot circus, temple meads and Cribbs Causeway.
White ladies is a 15 minute walk. Gloucester Road is a 20 minute walk.
We’re right on the downs so it’s perfect for running and other activities.
Close to Stoke Bishop halls and Bristol University or a short bus ride to UWE. Bristol Old Vic is also within walking distance.

There’s also free parking on adjacent roads.

The current household is 2 males and 2 females so either are welcome as a new tenant.
