Double room available in cosy home in St George from the beginning of April
Sharing with myself, a 37 year old female who works part time as a nurse and part time as a Mum. My 4 year old son Sam live here part time as he also stays with his Dad for half the week.
The room is available to couples and non couples though no pets I’m afraid. And the rent will be slightly more for couples. just to reflect the increase in bills.
It is best suited to someone who enjoys a calm cosy space with some good company thrown in. Sam is a fun talkative little guy who has lived in house shares for most of his life and loves having people around.
I am relaxed, friendly, interested & like a giggle. I enjoy living with others, I like sharing meals, watching TV together, catching up on our days. I have lived in a rented house share for the past couple of years until buying my home a few months ago. And it would be great to share the space with someone friendly, considerate and open.
My house is a 10 minute walk to St Georges Park, 15 minute walk to Church road and just a few minutes to the bus stop. Lots of parking is available on the street. Come take a peak!
