Looking for a professional to replace my flatmate who is moving out.

Flat is a very spacious 2 bed in harbourside, very short walk to the centre and clifton which came unfurnished, however i can supply all the living area furniture and you would just have to supply a bed and anything else you may need as my current flatmate is leaving her chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Living area is open plan with a large kitchen and your room is a very big and has an ensuite.

Flat comes with a parking space, which if you don't have a car, we can rent out for £100 a month (which can help towards cost of the rent)

Remaining tenant (Amber) works in the centre and is very laid back, enjoys going out as well as slobbing out in front of the TV. Looking for someone equally easy going and sociable ideally

Our contract ends soon, which means drafting a new 6 month contract with your name (agency fees apply)

Rent is 650. Bills are:
Council tax - 80
Gas + Electric - 30
Water - 21
Wifi - 9
Household bits - 10
= 150
