- Location: Bristol - Stapleton/Eastville (close to M32, Abbeywood, UWE and Frenchay).
- Cost: £500.00/month inc all bills for Monday (or Sunday) night to Friday Morning.
- Please note that is is a weekday only room for working professionals (preferred). It is not suitable for couples or full time lodger.
- Deposit (£200) with no application fee (deposit refundable at end of contract).
- Prefer a 3+ month lodger but will be flexible (rolling monthly contract).
- Full furnished double bedroom with bed (with drawers), bookcase, desk, hanging space & TV. Your items can be safely left in the room over the weekend.
- Private bathroom with bath/shower (I have my own en suite).
- Well fitted kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer and 2 communal rooms (living room & conservatory) with good parking spaces outside. Smoking allowed in garden only.
- House also has a fortnightly cleaner for bedroom, bathroom & living areas.
- I am 37 year old female IT professional looking for a friendly male or female full time professional lodger (preferred) to share my home.
It would preferably suit a older working professional visiting Bristol a few nights a week and looking for somewhere quiet and friendly.
