We are looking for one new house mate to share our home. The room available is a large double room overlooking the garden and allotments at the back of the house. ideally we are looking for a student or intern so we don’t need to pay Council tax and who will respect others, help us keep it clean and tidy and will appreciate this lovely home.

The house was extensively refurbished in 2016. It has a modern feel and is well fitted out. There is wood like flooring in all rooms with carpeted stairs and landing. To the rear is a good size lawned garden plus a patio by the house with chairs and a large table. The house benefits from a fantastic double garage to the rear plus hard standing for 2 cars behind a gated forecourt. The garage is approached by a gated lane. Beyond the rear lane are allotments giving a lovely peaceful and green outlook from the rear of the property.

The house is fully furnished including cutlery, duvets, etc. It is ideally suit young professionals/ students.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, extractor hood and a range cooker. The good water pressure results in good strength shower in bathroom from the combination boiler.

There is a good size entrance hall and landing area with storage cupboards. The living room is well equipped including 2 sofas, dining table and 4 chairs.

There are 4 bedrooms in the property and two current male tenants who have lived there this year will stay next year together with a female intern who is moving in to replace the male tenant who is moving out in mid June. The fourth bedroom is available from now on the raised ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, desk, chair, footstool and stand alone light. Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided.

Property is double glazed throughout, with central heating through radiators and has a gas fire in the living room.

In addition tenants pay for utility bills (electricity, gas, water/sewage, phone/broadband) and council tax - but no Council tax payable currently as students. Broadband and supplier contracts in place meaning little disruption.
