We have a lovely double bedroom available in a shared house in a popular residential area of Redfield.

RENT & DEPOSIT ( NO FEES!! )
£420 per month including council tax, water, fast WIFI and TV license but not gas & electricity which is shared between 4 and about £20 pcm
You will be asked to pay a deposit (protected with government Deposit Protection Scheme) of one month's rent and one month's rent upfront (NO FEES!!)

WHO IS IT FOR
You would be sharing with 3 other professionals. Currently 3 males aged 22 - 35
We are looking for a professional who is friendly and considerate.

HOUSE & BEDROOMS
The house is a Victorian terrace. It is cosy and well decorated. The house is a non-smoker’s house.
Bedrooms are furnished and include: a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a desk with a chair.

LOCATION & AMENITIES
Netham and St Georges Park are on the doorstep, local shops are located on Church Road including TESCO, GREGS, LOYDS PHARMACY, ALDI, LIDDL - all just 5 mins walk away, grocery and other independent shops where you can find ethnic food. Also Grounded (the best Café in Bristol!-best pizzas and cappuccinos) is 5 minutes away on Church Road.

The surrounding area is well served by transport links - Lawrence Hill train station links across Bristol.

It takes 20 minutes to walk into town (Cabot Circus) 20 minutes walk to Temple Meads.
The area is also well connected by buses-there is just a 10-15 min bus ride to the City Centre.

The following buses stop on Church Rd, a minute walk away: 41, 42, 43, 44, 44A, 45, 332, 635, and N3.
