3 bed room 2 floors flat in hotwell

Current flat mates are leaving and i might be leaving by the end of June too, 3 bed rooms will be available with different availability times and rent
The smallest room is 600, the intermediate one is 650, my room when i leave (ensuite) will be 700
The flat is is in a perfect location, mostly furnished ( the smallest room want to sell his bed though, the other two rooms are furnished and will just leave the furniture there )
perfect for 2 or 3 friends who wanna live together the 3 rooms are in the 3rd floor
4th floor is a common living area with kitchen and living area and an amazing balcony
the whole place rent is 1950 (smallest room to biggest ensuite 600, 650 and 700)
