Hi!
Myself and another girl are viewing a 3 bedroom house in St Werburghs tomorrow (Wednesday 24th) at 17:00 (short notice, I know) and we’re looking for a professional to buddy up with (i’m not a current flatmate).
The house would be 466pm each not including bills (we’d ask about deposit, fees, etc at the viewing) and is available as of May.
The house is unfurnished except for white goods but I have some furniture (sofa, armchair, coffee tables, lamps, shelves etc). The house has 3 double bedrooms (one downstairs), modern bathroom, living room and open plan kitchen/living area with access to a rear enclosed garden.
