Looking for female student to occupy ensuite room

Hi, we are looking for a female student at University of Bristol in second year or higher who is tidy and not a heavy drinker to occupy a spacious room in a 3-bed flat for the next academic year. We are friendly female students, doing and second year Chemistry and Medicine respectively. The flat is located on Baldwin Street in the City Centre and is only around 15 mins walk to campus.
