Double Room - En-Suite in Old Market - MON to FRI

Hello there,

My name is Pablo and I am looking for a new flatmate from September . Here you have some details about the house, the room and the requirements my landlord-agency has for the new tenant

- Located in the vibrant and evergrowing Old Market, walking distance from Temple Meads, Easton food markets and the city center.

- It is a bright and quiet double room with an on suite toilet-shower.
- Unfurnished. We have the Sofa Project in front of the house though and they can do cheaper deals. I have a friend with a Van, happy to help out.
- Large kitchen equipped with white goods
- The living room is furnished and very spacious. I do teach some evenings after 5 and enjoy watching movies on the big Tv set
- Excellent amenities: Wifi, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, and full gas central heating.
- There's an extra storage room if helps. Check photo, please.

It is a very spacious, recently renewed flat. Pre-world war stone construction, therefore good sound isolation between rooms. Pictures don't make it justice.

- About me: I’m from Vigo Galicia, northWest of Spain.
- Educated with an MBA in Media Studies I am a Media Manager to a social community enterprise and self-employed Spanish Teacher.
- Musician in a signed band. With a Studio nearby
- I’m 36 (not that serious), easygoing, sociable, honest, kind and calm person. I enjoy cooking, cinema and arts in general. I am interested in psychology, politics, and culture.
- I like to go out, meet new people, traveling and swimming in the sports center near home.
- I have lived both with men and women of any in the past just fine. I am friendly so I am expecting you would be as well.

- I am looking for someone that is happy to socialize but as well ok with their own private time and space.

In any case, I believe that this is all a matter of meeting in person and get a feeling, human connection.
- Rent is 575£ rent all included.
- Bills are under my name. This can be discussed..

Monday to Friday rental will get preference at the moment .

Available from the 1st or September onwards, not in a hurry.
