Double room short-term (possibility of long-term)

Hello everyone.

I have a room with double bed available in this South Bristol house I'm staying in. It would be a short term let and at the moment I can't say how short. I am on a rolling contract and planning to leave when I find a new place and only then would give 1 months notice (you will also have 1 months notice to find a new place).

I live with two of my house cats so you have to like cats if you were to live here :)

The room is of a good double size, inclusive of bed and a small desk. There is also a third room that has a big wardrobe that can be used for storage of clothes etc.

On the same level you have a bathroom with shower over bath and an additional toilet downstairs.

There is a good size kitchen downstairs.

There is a veranda as well as a back courtyard.

A fews things to note:

- No broadband
- All bills included
- Parking available
- 20 mins to the train station on the bus
- The sofas pictured in the living room will be changed at some point and the tv won't be there
