Beautiful Fully Furnished Double Room with Parking

Hi There,

I'm a 32 year old professional, looking for a similar aged, preferably female, to share my lovely home in Brislington!

The bedroom is a spacious double room overlooking the garden; it’s fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror, bedside table and a double bed. It has plenty of space for a desk if you should need to work from home.

The house is a 3 bedroom Edwardian terrace property, and has a bathroom, living room, dining room, breakfast room and kitchen (including dishwasher!).

Also there’s a small garden and a double garage, where you can keep your car or a bike if you have one.

Transport and commuting info:
Bristol Temple Meads station is less than 30 minute walk from the house. There are number of buses which take you to Temple Meads in around 10 minutes, or right into the centre of town; including the number 1, X39, 349, and the bus stops are approx. 5 minutes walk from the house! The X39 bus also takes you directly into Bath city centre.

Brislington is also close to the A4174 ring road, which is an ideal commute for those working in Frenchay, Filton, Aztec West, etc.

Sandy Park road is a 5 minute walk, with a grocers, post office, Grounded Cafe/Wine Bar, a lovely Delhi, pharmacy and other convenience stores.

Rent would be £625 per month, with all bills and high speed fibre broadband internet via Wi-Fi included. One month's rent as a deposit will be required, secured via Deposit Protection Scheme and rent to be paid in advance.

A little about me, I’m a mechanical engineer, currently working from home full time. I'm quite outgoing and (more so pre lockdown!) like to go out for drinks, food (Bristol restaurants are amazing!), to the cinema, and I am also very active and go to the gym (or for a lunchtime run or a home work out at the moment!). I am quite clean and tidy, and so would be looking for someone who is the same, and will share the house cleaning duties, taking out the bins, etc.

I am looking for someone in full-time employment, with the initial contract for six months, and then rolling monthly contract following.
