My house mates are moving out to take up new life, love and work adventures, so I'm looking to replace them from the end of June 2019.
The house is quite unique in that it is a 4-bed across 3 different floors that occupies the first floor and upwards of a Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse. The house is nestled between the end of Picton Street (directly opposite the Bristolian Café) and Ashley Road. It is very close to the main junction of Stokes Croft, and within minutes walking of many of the most popular bars and restaurants in Bristol.
The main access is through a gate with a keycode on Ashley Road, which opens into a large garden. The garden has not been well-kept but offers a buffer zone between the busy road and the front door, and outdoor space which is particularly useful in summertime.
There are three rooms, two of which are two cosy double-bedrooms at the very top of the building which provides unrivalled views of Picton Street (see photographs), one of which has a walk in wardrobe!
The last room is a specious double on the first floor with big windows and tonnes of storage space.
There is a shared bathroom with a shower (no bath), and shared kitchen facilities. The flat comes with a spacious living room.
The rooms may be either furnished or unfurnished - we have some flexibility and options around this. I need to take some proper pictures of all the rooms but I just want to get the add up, so here's a few for now and i'll update them soon.
The rent for each room vary from £440- £460 per month excluding bills, which cost approximately £80 per month (this includes gas, electricity, council tax and internet). A deposit of one month’s rent is required up-front.
I'm a professional that loves being active, cooking, movie nights and enjoys the occasional tipple.
