Cosy Double Room available near Victoria Park

Our housemate will be leaving at the end of December, so we have a double room available in this beautiful Victorian house located next to Victoria Park, available from 21st December.

The available bedroom is located on the first floor and features a roof terrace with lovely sunsets.

The house is on three floors, with a large living room over-looking a leafy residential street. The dining room and kitchen are adjoined and lead out to a garden with a table and chairs and bbq for the summer. The current photo shows it's pre-jungle state last season(!), but we intend to give it a good trim to open up more space!

Sky TV, Wi-Fi and all household bills are included in the rent.

If you like large outdoor space you will love the house’s location right next to a large park which has an annual community bonfire night event and a great place for running, tennis, table tennis, BBQs in the summer or watching the hot air balloons over Bristol.

We are in walking distance to the city centre, Windmill Hill City Farm and North Street with some lovely pubs/bars and an array of supermarkets/restaurants options to choose from.

A bit about us…we are Ben, Anhad, Beth and Michael, a friendly lot in our late twenties and early thirties who like a chat in the kitchen/garden/pub. We work on a 9-5ish basis across a range of legal, higher education, data analysis and software engineering roles. We enjoy a ton of interests such as: music, cooking, running/swimming/surfing, gigs, films, board games and more!

We feel lucky that everyone is clean, tidy and considerate and we are looking for another person who share these values in such a stellar location in Bristol.

No pets are allowed unfortunately (but we have plenty of neighbourhood cats who like to visit!) or couples.
