About the Flat:

We are a young professional couple looking for a friendly, sociable person or couple to share our gorgeous 2 bedroom harbourside flat from the 1st August 2019. We’re located right between the M Shed and the SS Great Britain, so the flat has lovely views across the water, which can be enjoyed from our little outdoor patio area at the front of the flat. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre of town, and we’re very close to Park Street and Wapping Wharf shopping areas. Plus we are the nearest house to the delightful Brunel’s Buttery for a perfect hangover bacon sandwich on a Sunday morning.

The room itself is a good size and comes part-furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, though we’ll take any excuse for an Ikea trip if you ever need a lift. The rest of the flat is spacious and very comfortable with plenty of room for extra storage, including a garage. You’ll also have access to your own bathroom (though we may ask to borrow it for an occasional bath).

The rent is £625 per month, due on the 1st of each month. The deposit is one month's rent - which you’ll pay directly to our wonderful landlord Melissa, so no extortionate agency fees necessary! Bills are not included and generally amount to around £100 per month, though this will undoubtedly be lower in the warmer months.

About Us:

We are a couple in their late twenties. Aaron works in advertising, while I'm a mature student studying criminology and working in retail part-time. We both love cooking, playing video games and board games and are keen amateur gardeners. We’re a sociable household, but by no means party animals, so ideally we’re looking for people who like chilled out nights in and trips to the pub (there are some lovely ones nearby!).
