Cosy home, 10 mins drive from the city

Hi,

I have a room available in my flat. The whole flat has been recently done up and includes:
communal garden
washing machine and tumble dryer
netflix
Sky
Internet
All other bills included
parking
a flat mate that likes to bake (not one to be underestimated!)

The location is great, there are two high streets within 10 minutes walking distance, there is a park just across the road, the drive into the city take 10 minutes and it is on two different bus routes!

I am ideally looking for someone mon-fri but would consider someone full-time. Photos will be uploaded shortly
