Hi all! I am ceding my en-suite room in Marlborough House starting from 10-Aug to 6-Sept (4 Weeks) to any student from UoB interested. The building has opened in Sept 2018, so all the rooms and materials are shining new!

It's an en-suite room on the second floor with backyard view, which means you would not hear the sounds of the vehicles that may annoy you while you are studying or just relaxing. The kitchen shared by 6 including you. The kitchen is equipped with cutleries, crockeries and appliances inc. coffee machine and rice cooker, dishwasher microwave , TV, wine fridge and alike. Last but not least you will have PS4 and your own PERSONAL FRIDGE in the kitchen. The room comes with a sofa, wide screen TV, iron and ironing board, fortnight room cleaning service, fortnight beddings changing , weekly towel changing service, 24/7 reception and support service, two laundry rooms

The building is new, fancy and has an amazing central location (BS1 3ER). 10-12 walking distance to the UoB, 6-8 mins walking distance to Cabot Circus & The Galleries and Broadmead and 1-2 mins to Bus and Coach Station. You will have free gym, cinema room, pool, tennis and also a steam shower. Besides that, there are some study spaces available.
