ONE Lodger wanted for double room in large quiet flat just a couple of blocks back from Durham Downs. (Sorry, not another couple, in spite of the room size!)

One other room let (professional young couple) and live-in landlord (currently not there) so this is an opportunity to enjoy having a lot of space for the money.

Large shared living room, separate dining room, full use of kitchen included. Share bathroom with the other tenant. (Separate cloakroom downstairs, so two loos between two rooms)

This is room is available until end of Feb 2020 at which point I will be living in the flat full time - possible extension by negotiation is required, especially for five nights lodgers.

The block of purpose built flats has a wonderful huge shared garden as well as a large private terrace (smoking is fine on the terrace - just not in the flat please!) and a private indoor swimming pool!
