Looking for a quiet, practical FEMALE to rent small downstairs back garden room (approx 14ftx9ft with high ceiling) in an old coal miners character house.
Room recently decorated, with single or double bed to suit, and good storage cupboard space.

Shared living room/kitchen with bathroom/WC and back garden.

Basic living......Electric, water, fitted hot shower, woodburner in kitchen, but no gas for hot water.

Flatmates.....2 carers and a cat with rooms at the top of the house.
Landlord, partner and friendly dog have small room, on middle floor and around sometimes (3-7 nights month) to do work on house as and when time allows.....Stroud main base of work.
